Alpha 0.451 - Food and Farming tweaks


I will probably take a pause on making large changes until after the Early Access launch on 1st November, as I want the game to be as stable as possible for any Youtubers, streamers, etc who want to cover it. 

The biggest gameplay change is Bunya Nuts and Lemon Leaves are no longer found on the ground, but harvested from trees just like fruit is harvested at the moment. So now there's a clear separation between things you can farm that can be found on the ground, and things you can't farm that can only be harvested from bushland.

  • Wiggle Nose ability can sniff out nearby Evolved Settlements
  • Added Flatbread from Wild Wheat roasting
  • Add onion farm and crafting
  • Lemon Myrtle Leaves and Bunya Nuts now harvested from trees instead of found on ground
  • Crafting recipes tooltip with more than 4 possible tagged inputs will now rotate display
  • Changed Grenade image
  • Reduce effect of having damaged goods when trading
  • Changed Wallabies to have Builder and Miner tags
  • Add tooltip for mercenary hires
  • Item sort order now remembered when loading saved game
  • Mountain Caves more likely to spawn
  • Added output and decay site change to tooltip when lifetime of item or site reaches zero
  • Tweaked amount of Underbrush Sites spawning in each hex
  • Reduced stomach overflow capacity
  • Add sites and ground items to expiring soon list on UI
  • Enable save/load in demo
  • Fixed potato plot turning into Inn when Farmer assigned to it
  • Fixed auto eat taking the first thing found instead of the best thing found
  • Fixed allowed to eat certain items past stomach capacity
  • Fixed some causes of expiring soon list not updating in timely manner
  • Fixed some issues with shift-clicking allowing duplicate items
  • More journal tweaks
